Terms of Use
These MVP-stage terms are intentionally conservative. Final commercial terms must be completed after incorporation, payment setup, provider contracts and insurance/risk structure are finalized.
Mission requests are not automatically accepted
Submitting a Mission request does not create an obligation to perform it. Your Person may decline any request for legal, safety, feasibility, capacity, privacy or risk reasons.
Scope and price
Before execution, the customer should receive and approve the agreed scope and expected charges. Material changes should require additional approval where reasonably possible.
Third-party providers
Missions may require independent couriers, technicians, retailers, transporters or other service providers. Their own service terms, warranties and legal responsibilities may also apply.
Regulated services
Your Person does not itself provide services that legally require a separate professional license unless the service is actually provided by the appropriately licensed professional under the required engagement. Legal, medical, financial, customs and similar matters may therefore be separated from the general Mission.
Prohibited requests
Requests involving illegality, deception, stalking, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, weapons, controlled goods, privacy invasion or unsafe conduct will not be accepted.
